At LuxKickz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The item you received is damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong size, color, or model than what you ordered

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Email Orders@luxkickz.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

    • A description of the problem

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer a replacement item or a partial/full refund depending on the situation

  • Refunds (if issued) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Minor imperfections inherent to replica products
